Yoga Teacher 200 RYT Certification
This comprehensive 7 month Yoga teacher certification provides a strong foundation for personal and spiritual development, a space for nurturing your own practice, and the skills necessary to become a knowledgeable Yoga teacher.
Yoga is a system, not of beliefs, but of techniques and guidance for enriched living.
As in any field, some aspects of Yoga are too subtle to be learned from books or lectures; they must be acquired through experience. Hence Yoga’s time-honored emphasis on the student-teacher relationship, in which the teacher helps the student develop a practice that brings deeper understanding through personal experience.
This 7 month Curriculum will be home study & In person guidance on becoming a 200 RYT.
